We
are starting a new program for our adopters who are having difficulty downloading(mac)
or electronically submitting our application.
We
are now offering the option of having the application taken over the phone in
exchange for a donation of dog food being made to the rescue. Regular electronic submission will never require a dog food donation, just attach to email and send as usual. The advantage of
having the application taken over the phone is:
1. The
application is taken by the rescue Director who makes the adoption approvals.
2. It gives
the applicant the opportunity to have an immediate interview with the Director
who makes the adoption decision.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Download
PDF or DOC version of our adoption application.
2. Complete
all questions on the application and have it handy for your phone call.
3. Go to www.goldensrescue.org and click on the
donate button on the right hand side of our homepage.
4. Make a
donation to the rescue large enough to cover the cost of 1 bag of food,
$13.99-$24.99.
5. After the
donation has been made, please note the confirmation number given and call the unpublished phone number given on the application to have your application taken over the phone. Make sure you have
the confirmation number available.
6. If you
would like to have an immediate interview, please make sure you have at least
15-30 mins. Available to talk.
7. This method can also be used to elevate your application to priority evaluation status if you just can't wait(:-)!
